To provide a clear, step-by-step guide for team members to effectively purchase and assign a phone number to an AI assistant within the GoHighLevel platform, ensuring smooth operation for making phone calls.
Key Steps

Log In to GoHighLevel

Access the GoHighLevel platform using your credentials.

Ensure you are logged into the correct sub-account.

Navigate to AI Assistant Section

From the dashboard, locate and click on the "AI Assistant" sub-menu.

Select the "Numbers" option within this section.

Purchase a Phone Number

Click on the "Buy a Number" button.

Enter your desired area code (e.g., 207).

Confirm your selection by clicking the "Buy a Number" button again.

Wait for the confirmation that the number has been successfully purchased.

Assign the Phone Number to an AI Assistant

Locate the newly purchased number in the list.

Click on the three dots next to the number to access the edit options.

Select the AI assistant you wish to assign this number to for making phone calls.

Save your changes to finalize the assignment.
